The commands in this section are all commands and Procs that are accessible only from the SYSPROG account; they are not included in the Master Dictionaries of user accounts. Since they pertain more to system administration and maintenance than to normal use of the system, usually only system administrators have access to the SYSPROG account and to these commands.
