D3 Device Manager

The D3 Device Manager is a utility provided for defining VME printers and tapes, and for configuring ports, connections, FlashBASIC and other D3 settings.

To open the D3 Device Manager, select Start → All Programs → Rocket D3 → Device Manager.

  1. VME printer devices
    Use the VME Printer Devices tab to add, update, and remove printer device definitions.
  2. VME tape devices
    Use the VME Tape Devices tab to add, update, and remove tape device definitions.
  3. PIB Configurations
    Use the PIB Configurations tab to add, update, and remove VME PIB Assignments.
  4. D3 Settings
    Use the D3 Settings tab to configure various D3 settings.
  5. D3 Connects
    Use the D3 Connects tab to configure various D3 connection settings.
  6. FlashBASIC
    Use the FlashBASIC tab to configure various FlashBASIC settings.
  7. OSFI
    Use the OSFI tab to specify the OSFI port, host and whether to start the OSFI server automatically.
