Power pad objects
Placing a button on the power pad canvas
1. Click the Button control icon Image on the right-hand side of the Power Pad Editor. A cross hair appears when you mouse over the canvas.
2. While holding down the left mouse button, drag the mouse to the right and down, until the Button control is the desired size and let the button go. You now have to edit the Button control in order to assign an action.
3. Right-click the Button control. The Button Properties dialog appears.

Placing an GroupBox on the power pad canvas
1. Click the GroupBox control icon Image on the right hand side of the Power Pad Editor. A cross hair appears when you mouse over the canvas.
2. While holding down the left mouse button, drag the mouse to the right and down, until the Option Box control is the desired size and let the button go. You now have to edit the GroupBox control in order to change the GroupBox text label.
3. Right-click the GroupBox control text label. The GroupBox Properties dialog appears. Replace the default text with your desired text.

Placing text on the power pad canvas
1. Click the Text control icon Image on the right hand side of the Power Pad Editor. A cross hair appears when you mouse over the canvas.
2. While holding down the left mouse button, drag the mouse to the right and down, until the Text control is the desired size and let the button go. You now have to edit the Text Box control in order for text to appear on the canvas.
3. Right-click the text box. The Text Properties dialog appears. Replace the default text with your desired text.

Placing a picture on the power pad canvas
1. Click the Picture control icon Image on the right hand side of the Power Pad Editor. A cross hair appears when you mouse over the canvas.
2. While holding down the left mouse button, drag the mouse to the right and down, until the Picture control is the desired size and let the button go. You now have to edit the Picture control in order for your picture to appear on the canvas.
3. Right-click the Picture control. The Picture Properties dialog appears.
4. Replace the default picture with your desired picture by using the Browse button.
