The phantom-reset BASIC program resets
the specified phantom lines to available status. If a UNIX process
for a phantom is gone (PID 0), it recreates the process and ensures
that the port on the D3 side is available to handle the next request.
CAUTION:
No checking is done to ensure that
the phantom line is actually available, so this command must be used
with extreme caution only after the phantom line is known to be available.
Syntax
phantom-reset {a,b{,n-m}}
Phantom lines can be specified either one at a time (as a,b above), or in a range (as n-m above), or any combination thereof.
Warning: Do not use this command on a phantom line unless you are absolutely
sure that it should be available and it is not. Making a line available
when it is truly busy corrupts the scheduler and can lead to loss
of data.
