License Manager console
Main window
The main window of the BlueZone License Manager lists all presently connected BlueZone clients. It displays them by IP Address, Group, Product, and Date and Time the license was issued.
Menu bar items
The License Manager console contains the following menu options.
File menu
Using this menu option you can:
•  License Info: Displays the License Information dialog. Displays the current License Manager key, if any.
•  Exit: Shuts down the License Manager program.
Note
When the License Manager is running as a service on a Windows NT/2000/2003 server, you must stop the service if you want to stop the License Manager. Exiting the application only shuts down the License Manager console.
Actions menu
This menu option allows you to:
•  Start Server: Starts the License Manager Server. If the server is already running, this option is grayed out.
•  Stop Server: Stops the License Manager Server. If the server is stopped, this option is grayed out.
Clients menu
This menu option allows you to:
•  Block: Displays the Block Clients dialog. Use this dialog to block certain clients using either a specific IP address or a range of IP addresses.
•  Allow: Displays the Allow Clients dialog. Use this dialog to permit certain clients using either a specific IP address or a range of IP addresses.
Options menu
This menu allows you to:
•  Groups: Displays the Group Name dialog. Use this dialog to set up groups of licenses.
•  Email: Displays the Email Options dialog. Use this dialog to set up automatic e-mail notification.
•  Listen Port: Displays the Listen Port dialog. Use this dialog to change the TCP listening port.
•  Addresses: Displays the IP Address List dialog. Use this dialog to set the IP address to listen on.
•  Logs: Allows you to turn the Connections Log on or off.
Report menu
Launches the Current License Report. This report summaries how many licenses are used.
•  Copy to Clipboard: Click this option to copy the report to your clipboard so you can create a report.
•  Email: You also have the option to e-mail this to the address you specified under the Option Email menu.
Note
If the Email option is grayed out, you don't have an email address configured in the Email options dialog.
Trace menu
This menu option allows you to:
•  Start Trace: Starts a trace. If a trace is already running, this option is grayed out.
•  Stop Trace: Stops a trace. If a trace is not running, this option is grayed out.

Help menu
The menu option allows you to:
•  Help Topics: Launches License Manager Help system.
•  Properties: Allows you to decide whether you want to view this Help system locally or from the BlueZone Software web site.
•  About BlueZone License Manager: View the Properties dialog of the License Manager. This dialog shows details of the Registration Key you are using.
Toolbar buttons
The License Manager console toolbar contains the following icons.

Image Save Configuration Saves the License Manager configuration to the Windows registry.
Image Start Starts the License Manager server.
Image Stop Stops the License Manager server.
Image Allow Clients Launches the Allow Clients dialog.
Image Block Clients Launches the Block Clients dialog.
Image Groups Launches the Group dialog.
Image Email Launches the Email Notification dialog.
Image Listen Port Launches the Listen Port dialog.
Image IP Addresses Launches the IP Address List dialog.
  Logs Launches the Log Options dialog.
Image Start Trace Starts a License Manager trace.
Image Stop Trace Stops a License Manager trace.
Image Help Topics Launches this help system.
Image About Launches the About BlueZone License Manager dialog.
Status bar
The following is an example of the License Manager status bar:

Shows the current status of the License Manager: Stopped or Running.
Any
The number of licenses currently being used out of the number of total licenses.
Sessions
Shows the total number of licenses currently issued.
