Follow these procedures to stop OpenDB from running in the foreground or background.
The /ping option can be useful in determining where OpenDB is running and on what port number. To use the /ping option, go to the command prompt, change the directory to the location where OpenDB is installed. Then, type: OpenDB.exe /ping.
