The setup failed because the software is being installed on
an unsupported operating system or the folder containing the files
to be copied could not be located.

The setup routines for the D3 ODBC driver could not be loaded. | The setup may fail if the machine has not been rebooted prior
to installation or if the software is being installed on an unsupported
operating system.

Name resolution failed. errno: 1002 (client) | Unable to translate host name into valid network address.
Either the host name is invalid or the name-to-host address translation
is non-functional.

An error occurred while copying Ctl3d32.dll. | An ODBC connection is open.

The IP address of the server cannot be resolved (client). | The server TCP/IP address cannot be resolved. When referencing a server, the server must be defined either through a DNS (domain name server) or via a host file. Refer to the Microsoft Windows documentation for instructions. |
No connection can be established (server). | The client cannot connect to the server machine. This is generally
due to incorrect parameters regarding the server address, user name,
user password, account, or account password. Neither the user nor
the account macros/procs are executed when connecting via ODBC.
