Update Logging

It is possible to have the update logger log all changes to all files on the database, or to specify which files are to be logged and which are to be excluded. Define the files to be logged by building the FILE-XREF file. Once the files to be logged are defined, the update logger needs to be started with the :ULOG-ON command.
