The CURSOR File

mvBase maintains a database of many different terminal types. Each terminal type has an entry in the database that is identified by the manufacturer’s name and the product number. The entry lists the control codes used to access specific features or capabilities of the terminal. The system specifies the default terminal type during the coldstart process.
