Follow these instructions to upgrade the FlashConnect Web Server components from a previous release.
To upgrade the FlashConnect Web Server Components:
Do one of the following:

UNIX |
Save the /etc/FlashConnect.conf file. |

Windows |
Record the current FlashConnect configuration parameters. To view the parameters, select Start > Programs > TigerLogic > FlashConnect to open the FlashConnect Configuration program. |

NOTE |
If FCService or FCSocketServer is running, stop them before upgrading. |
For Windows Only: Uninstall the previous version of the FlashConnect Web Server Components. See Uninstalling FlashConnect 3.x Web Server Components from Windows.
Install FlashConnect Web Server Components following the instructions in Installing FlashConnect Server Components.
Compare the FlashConnect configuration parameters and make any necessary changes.
