The w3Logs file is used by the w3Log subroutine and contains information on logged messages. The attributes in the w3Logs file are:

If a log file data section does not exist, it is automatically created when an entry is written to it. This facilitates system administration, allowing unnecessary log file data levels to be deleted without causing any application execution errors.
If a log entry cannot be written to the appropriate data level in the w3logs file, it is written to the w3logs,errors file.
