Stopping the Background Monitor

To disable file monitoring, stop the Background Monitor.

1. Select the Stop Background Monitor option from the Main Menu.

   This message displays.

   Stop Background Monitor. Confirm (<y>/n)?
   

2. Do one of the following:

   • Press Y to stop the Background Monitor.

   • Press N to return to the Main Menu without stopping the Background Monitor.
