Starting the Slave Server

Complete these instructions to start the slave server.

1. Log on to the dm account on the slave server.
2. At TCL, enter:

   hot-backup

3. If multiple servers have been defined, select the server to start, then press ENTER.

   The Hot Backup Main Menu displays.

4. Select the Start Server option.
5. Select Yes when prompted for confirmation.

   The slave server process starts.
