Installing BlueZone Web-to-Host

The downloaded BlueZone CD image contains the entire BlueZone family of emulation products. The BlueZone Web-to-Host files are located in the BlueZone Web-to-Host folder in the BlueZone CD image.

Important: If you are upgrading an existing installation of BlueZone Web-to-Host, read Upgrading BlueZone Web-to-Host before attempting to install a new version BlueZone Web-to-Host.
The following steps provide an overview of the BlueZone Web-to-Host installation process:
  1. Review the installation setup options and determine the setup option that you want to use. Refer to Installation setup options for more information.
  2. Ensure that the installation requirements are met. Refer to Installation requirements for more information.
  3. Install BlueZone Web-to-Host. Refer to Installing BlueZone Web-to-Host for more information.
  4. If you are using an older non-supported Windows workstation or server operating system, you will have to manually add the BlueZone MIME types to the server. Refer to Adding the BlueZone MIME types for more information.
  5. If you are using Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8, configure the operating system to work with Web-to-Host. Refer to Configuring Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8 with BlueZone Web-to-Host for more information.
  6. Review the licensing terms. Refer to BlueZone licensing for more information.
