Locking additional dialogs

The following dialogs can only be completely locked. The individual items cannot be individually locked as in the above dialogs.
  1. Open the setup.ini file in a text editor.
  2. To lock a dialog, type 1 in the corresponding setting.
  3. Save and close the file.
