Uninstalling BlueZone
The process of uninstalling BlueZone is very similar to installing BlueZone.
Note
In addition to using the BlueZone InstallShield Wizard to perform the uninstallation, you can also uninstall BlueZone through Add or Remove Programs which can be accessed from the Windows Control Panel. If this method is used, the BlueZone working directory is not removed. The BlueZone working directory can be manually deleted if desired.
1. Insert the BlueZone CD-ROM into your computer's CD/DVD drive.
The Welcome to BlueZone screen opens.
2. Click the BlueZone Desktop link and select BlueZone Desktop.
The main BlueZone Installation Language screen opens.
3. Select the desired language from the drop-down menu and click OK.
The Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard for BlueZone screen opens.
4. Click Next.
The Program Maintenance screen opens and the Remove radio button is automatically selected.
5. Click Next.
The Remove Program screen opens.
6. Click Remove.
The following message appears:

7. Click the Yes or No depending on whether or not you need the contents of the working directory.
CAUTION
The working directory contains BlueZone Profiles (configuration files) and scripts. If you click Yes, these files are deleted.
When the uninstallation is complete, the InstallShield Wizard Completed screen opens.
8. Click Finish.
Note
For BlueZone.PasswordVault users: When uninstalling BlueZone, the BlueZone.PasswordVault application is uninstalled but the encrypted BlueZone.PasswordVault file created by each user remains. This file must be manually deleted. This file can be found in the following location: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Rocket Software\PasswordVaultAccounts.dat
Each user that uses this machine may have created a PasswordVaultAccounts.dat file.
