Before you start adding controls to your power pad, set the Layout Options. The power pad canvas has a grid that can be used
to align the various controls. If desired, you can change the width and height of the grid cells.
You also have the option of whether or not you want the controls to snap to the grid and to show the grid on the canvas.
To access Layout Options, from the menu bar, click . The Layout Options dialog opens.

Snap Controls to Grid: If enabled, controls that are placed on the canvas are automatically snapped or sized to fit to the closes grid coordinate.

Width: Sets the size in pixels of the width of the grid cells.

Height: Sets the size in pixels of the height of the grid cells.

Show Grid: This turns the grid display on or off.
