Creating, Executing and Editing Batch Transfers

BlueZone can be configured to store up to thirty-two(32) Batch Transfer Definitions for multiple host file transfer executions.

To create a host file transfer Batch Transfer Definition:
  1. Select Transfer:Configure from the BlueZone MenuBar, then select the Batch Transfers tab.

  2. To create a new Batch Transfer Definition click the New button.

  3. To add File Transfer Definitions to a Batch Transfer Definition, first setup a host file transfer by configuring the Settings and Advanced property pages then return to the Batch Transfers property page and select the Add button.  The currently configured host file transfer will then be added to the Batch Transfer Definition as a File Transfer Definition.

  4. Repeat these steps until the desired number of host file transfers have been added to the Batch Transfer Definition.

To execute a Batch Transfer Definition:
  1. Select Transfer:Configure from the BlueZone MenuBar, then select the Batch Transfers tab.

  2. Highlight the desired Batch Transfer Definition from the Batch Transfer Definitions list box.

  3. Press the Execute Batch Transfer button.  The Host File Transfer property sheet will close and the batch file transfer will begin.

To edit a Batch Transfer Definition:
  1. Select Transfer:Configure from the BlueZone MenuBar, then select the Batch Transfers tab.

  2. Highlight the desired Batch Transfer Definition from the Batch Transfer Definitions list box.

  3. Highlight the desired File Transfer Definition in the File Transfer Definition list box.

  4. Click the Edit button.  The Edit Transfer Definition dialog will display.

  5. Make the desired changes to the File Transfer Definition and click the OK button.
