A Team in High Gear!
It’s amazing how quickly the first quarter of 2010 is flying by. Things continue to happen at an accelerated pace - we will soon have nine new success stories posted to our site, and we have new “Powered By” logos for all of our U2 products and new “Certified Professional” logos for use by people who have passed the Rocket U2 Certification exams. We’ve also started preparing materials for our DeveloperZone site. You can expect to continue seeing a lot more content - both technical and marketing - from the Rocket U2 team, so check www.rocketsoftware.com/u2 often!
We have also realigned our sales territories, so many of you are meeting with your new reps. We’re adding an inside sales team to improve accessibility for US customers, and we have our first rep on board in the Newton, Massachusetts office, which is the corporate headquarters for Rocket Software. Planning is underway for U2University, which will be held in Denver in November and in the UK and Australia early in 2011. We've also started looking for a new location here in Denver that will provide us additional space and upgraded facilities. And our development team is working to deliver SB/XA 6.0.2, U2 WebDE 5.0, wIntegrate 6.2, and UniVerse 11.1, and working with partners and customers to finish the design of the new schema mapping and improved SQL interface. Phew! No wonder time is flying.
Sincerely,
Susie Siegesmund, Vice President and General Manager, Rocket U2

SB/XA Webinar
REMINDER: Places are still available for the SB/XA webinar.
PLEASE NOTE: An Introduction to SB/XA will be held on
This webcast introduces the technologies used to create SB/XA and how you can configure SB/XA to enable its new features including installing and configuring the new middle-tier to allow the new presentation clients to be deployed. Single Sign-on allows users to authenticate once and automatically provide credentials between client, middle tier, and application server. This improves the user experience and reduces administrative overhead. XPS Print Viewer converts all existing reports that can now be published and shared in portable format using XML Paper Specification (XPS).
