Starting the D3 ODBC server

Server status and shutdown
Once the server is started, a process is created for each ODBC connection initiated. (Each connection requires a D3 user license.)

Administering a UNIX ODBC server from the TCL prompt
A menu-driven utility is available for administering a UNIX ODBC server from the TCL prompt. This menu (see below) provides options for configuring, starting, stopping and monitoring the ODBC server.
