This section describes the toolkit panels and the different icons available.
Panel | Description |

MV Web Service Explorer | Displays a directory of all defined Web Service Providers, Web Services and Web Service Operations and Resources. |
MV Server Explorer | Displays a directory of all defined D3 and mvBase server connections. |
Editor | Displays any server connection definition, Web Service
Provider definition, Web Service or Web Service Operation (or
Resource) that has been opened for editing. In the image, the Editor panel is the area where the MyWebServiceProvider tab is currently displayed. |
Informational | Displays information in three tabs as follows:
In the image, the Informational panel is the area where the Properties, Cached Services, and Web Server Log tabs are currently displayed. See Using the informational panel for more information. |
The following icons are available from either the Explorer panels, the Editor panel, or the Informational panel.

Collapses all nodes in the associated Explorer panel. |

For the Explorer panels: Displays all menu operations available for the selected node. |
|
Minimizes the associated panel. When a panel is minimized, an icon representing that panel and the Restore icon will display on the side of the application window.
Click the icon to restore a panel to its original position. |

Maximizes the associated panel to full screen status in the
application window. As a result, all other panels are minimized. Click the icon to restore minimized panels to their original position. |

Restores the associated minimized panel to its original position. |

Top level of the MV Server Explorer
panel. When an Explorer panel is minimized, clicking this icon toggles the display between the two Explorer panels. When both Explorer panels are minimized, clicking this icon re-displays the Explorer panel. |

Icon representing a minimized Editor
panel. Clicking this icon restores the Editor panel to its original position. |

Pins the currently displayed properties to the
Properties panel. This means that selecting a different node from either of the two Explorer panels does not change the current display in the Properties panel. Click this icon again to unpin the currently displayed properties. |
