The TLOG-RESUME command restarts a transaction logging process that was suspended by the TLOG-SUSPEND command, and creates a new transaction logging session.

Description
When TLOG-RESUME is entered, the backup medium is reattached and a new Start-of-session record is written to the backup medium.
If the backup medium is currently attached to another process, this message displays:

[388] TRANSACTION PROCESS COULD NOT ATTACH THE TAPE. |

NOTE |
The transaction logging process does not need to be attached to its selected device to resume the clearing session. |
