LOCKOUT-STATUS Command

The LOCKOUT-STATUS command displays the parameters currently in effect from the LOCKOUT command.

Format

LOCKOUT-STATUS [n [–m]] [(P)]

Parameter(s)

n

Specifies process number n.

n-m

Specifies a range of processes.

P

Sends the report to the printer.

Description

The lockout parameters prevent prospective users from logging on if a specified number of invalid attempts to log on have occurred. (For more information about lockouts, see the LOCKOUT Command.)

This example displays the lockout parameters for process number 2:

Process number 2 will be locked out for ten minutes after three unsuccessful attempts to log on have been made.
