Information in the Disk Errors Report has the following format:

LOG ITEM-ID

Unique item-ID assigned by the operating system.

DATE

Date the disk error was logged.

ERR TIME

Time the disk error was logged.

ALARM

Type of disk error. See the Types of Disk Errors table below for a description of the disk codes listed in this column.

BUFFER

Area in RAM containing data to be written to disk.

DRV

Disk drive number where the error occurred.

REL SECT

Relative sector ID, track, and sector where the error occurred.

#SECTS

Number of sectors. This should always be 1.

FRAME

Converts the track and sector into the frame ID.
