The CLAIM command recovers blocks of contiguous frames from the POVF Linked Space.

Specifies a number (from 1-99) representing the percentage of Linked Space frames from which blocks will be recovered. The percent option allows the remainder of Linked Space frames to be available for system use while blocks are recovered. |
Description
Several iterations of this command may be necessary to recover all available blocks when using a small percentage (for example, 30).
