mvBASIC programs that have been cataloged in an account can be executed as user-defined commands. These commands might invoke user applications software for word processing or spreadsheets. You will find a few sample mvBASIC programs in the BASICLIB and PROCLIB files. Other programs may also be available in your account.
mvBASIC subroutines must be cataloged in an account in order to be called by programs. The calling program does not have to be cataloged.
