Producing Reports with LIST and SORT

This section explains how to specify and select items for inclusion in a report, and how to specify which data appears in this report. Two multipurpose INFO/ACCESS commands, LIST and SORT, illustrate the different types of reports which may be generated, and explain how to specify:

• Which attributes to include in the report

• Selection expressions for file items

• Sort expressions

• Which MultiValues to display or print in the report

In addition, this section discusses a number of special connectives that may be included in INFO/ACCESS queries.
