mvBase is a powerful Client/Server network application of the MultiValue-compliant database environment. mvBase is designed for Windows and fully incorporates the Windows graphical user interface (GUI).

mvBase is designed to provide a modern computing environment while maintaining the reliability and ease of use of a traditional MultiValue environment.

mvBase is built on the strengths of the MultiValue environment:

This network-based product supports traditional low cost, text-based terminals, as well as graphical clients and clients connecting through Telnet.

mvBase simplifies the exchange of data between the MultiValue database and the Windows environment. Interoperability features in mvBase allow Windows programs to be launched from the database environment and provide mechanisms for transferring data between the mvBase and Windows environments.
