The nframe-index command produces a total of the number of frames in use by a specific B-tree index, or all indexes if indicated by an asterisk.
Syntax
nframe-index file.reference a.code nframe-index file.reference * |
Parameter(s)
a.code |
Specifies the a processing code to be used in forming the keys to the index. The processing code must include an attribute number. |
* |
Designates all indexes. NOTE—Either an a processing code or an * must be specified. |
Example(s)
This indicates that 67 frames are in use by the index which defines attribute one of the invoices file.
nframe-index invoices a1 Total of 67 frames counted. |
