u61a2 User Exit

User exit u61a2 toggles a system-level flag that controls visible output to the users terminal. When terminal output is suppressed, this is equivalent to the ph PROC command. The reverse of this operation would be the u3193 user exit that sets terminal output on regardless of its current setting.
