esc-data Command

The esc-data BASIC program specifies that the code generated by pressing ESC (control [) is to be passed through as data.

NOTE

This command does an implicit set-esc off to disable the special UNIX-related signal handling.

WARNING

The ESC key can have a special meaning in D3 (that is, it pushes a level). This command makes D3 ignore the ESC key, and it passes on through as if it were any other ordinary character.
