The flashbasic command toggles FlashBASIC
on and off.
Note:
- If FlashBASIC is turned off, class library connections cannot be made since they use the
FlashBASIC runtime engine.
- For Windows: If FlashBASIC is turned off, nt_ commands cannot run
since they must be compiled to allow the % functions to process.
