ue0ba user exit

The ue0ba user exit writes a character byte out to a serial port.

Syntax

dummy = oconv(port.num, ’ue0ba’)

`port.num`	Dynamic array.
	`port.num<1>`	4-digit hexadecimal port address.
	`port.num<2>`	Character byte to transmit.
