fmt() function

The fmt() function is identical to performing a FlashBASIC or BASIC mask.

Syntax

fmt(str.exp, mask.exp)

`str.exp`	Expression to be formatted.
`mask.exp`	Formatting (mask) to apply to the `str.exp`.

Note: This function requires a nondefault $options setting on the compiler.
