Displaying all files

The File Statistics Generated screen displays every file stored in the system, despite the status, when Display All Files is selected.

1. Select the View File Information option from the Main Menu.
   
2. Select the Display All Files option from the File Information menu.

   The File Statistics Generated screen displays.
