Determines whether buttons for View, Overstrike, and Previous mode should appear in the panel when it is used as a session panel.
Description
The View, Overstrike, and Previous mode buttons are only displayed if the panel is used as a session panel on an application shell. They do not appear on a pop-up panel or a form panel.
