ASCII string that marks the first subfield when using variable-length techniques.
Description
Use this definition only if the Identification Type species that a string identifier will be used, either alone or in combination with a binary length.
To use a nonprinting ASCII character, enter the decimal value of the ASCII string (for example, ^29).
