External Reference
Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) for the Uniface DTD. This can be used by non-Uniface components to locate the DTD. Uniface can include this URI in XML streams based on the current DTD.
Uniface components get DTD information from a resource file in the application UAR, and do not use the URI specified in this field to locate the DTD.
