Description

The width attribute overrides the original width of the image, causing the image to be scaled to the new width.

The value can be expressed as a number of pixels, or as a percentage of the original image width. To specify a percentage, put a percent sign (%) after the value, otherwise the value is interpreted in pixels.

The original image is scaled to the new width, rather than cropped.
