non null columns
Specify whether the database supports non-null columns.
USYS$ODx_PARAMS = non null columns :
enabled | disabled
USYS$ODx_PARAMS = nnc : enabled

Description
Use the non null columns option to specify whether the database supports
non-null (not null) columns. The default is enabled.
