Enable or disable automatic scrolling for the $prompt ProcScript function.

Description
If set to TRUE or if not defined,
Uniface automatically scrolls to the field that is given focus by the $prompt
ProcScript function.
Prior to Uniface 9.3, the default behavior was not
to scroll automatically. To retain this behavior you must explicitly set
$PROMPT_SCROLL to 0.
