For Rocket D3 Database Management System releases 7.5 and above, utilizing the auto-activate feature from your web-accessible machine eliminates the need to manually generate and enter activation codes.

If your System ID is covered by a Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA), activations are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day at no charge by calling 949 585-9400.

Permanent Activations

Each System ID is licensed for use on one machine. As a result it may only be activated permanently on one machine at any given time. If during the activation process it is determined that an attempt is being made to install the license on a different machine, a permanent activation code will not be provided. Temporary Activations

Two week temporary activations are now available on- line for D3 and mvBase. Temporary codes should only be used for testing purposes or to deactivate the currently activated license so it may be permanently activated on another machine.
