By default, BlueZone Secure FTP does not inherit any of
the BlueZone emulator lock settings. As an option, BlueZone Secure
FTP can inherit certain lock settings that it has in common with BlueZone.
- Open the Web-to-Host Wizard.
- Select a site and click Next.
- Select a launch folder and click Next.
-
Click Next to skip the Sessions window.
- In the Advanced Settings window, click FTP Locks.
- Select the Inherit BlueZone Menu Locks check
box.
Any locks that are set in the Advanced Settings: GUI Locks
window that BlueZone and BlueZone Secure FTP have in common, are locked.
- Click OK.
- Click Next.
- In the Test Launch Folders window, test your changes.
- When finished, click Home to return
to the Sites window or Quit to exit the Wizard.
The common settings are:
- Tool Bar Lock
- File Lock
- Session Lock
- License Lock
Note: If for any reason, using the inherit feature is too restrictive,
you can choose to lock BlueZone Secure FTP features on a more granular
basis. To learn how to lock individual BlueZone FTP Features, refer
to
Locking features at the site level.
