It is possible to allow multiple connection requests from
a single application/thread to the same session as long as it is using
the same HLLAPI Short Name Session Identifier.
In order for BlueZone to not return an error, the Allow Multiple Simultaneous
Connections check box must be enabled in the API Properties window (Does not apply
to VT/6530 sessions).
