When using BlueZone Web-to-Host in the served desktop mode, BlueZone Session Manager can deliver updates to your users.
You must be using the BlueZone Session Manager in the auto-update mode in order for this feature to work.
When a file is updated on the web server, such as a new BlueZone CAB file or a new BlueZone dialog-level configuration profile,
that file is automatically downloaded to your users the next time they launch the BlueZone Session Manager. BlueZone Session
Manager controls this feature.
When the BlueZone Session Manager detects that a newer file exists on the web server, the Web-to-Host control module automatically
downloads the file. A message box notifies the user that the BlueZone administrator has posted new files for updating.
The user can decide if they want to download the files now or put it off into the future. However, if you do not want your
users to be able to refuse the download, you can configure served desktop to force the downloading of the files.
Configuration method: Wizard configuration
Feature scope: Launch folder level feature
Note
This feature applies to the served desktop mode only.
