It is possible to create a custom technical support message that will be displayed to your users when they click on the BlueZone menu bar.
Use this feature when you would prefer that your users contact your help desk as opposed to calling directly to the BlueZone
customer care department.
Configuration method: Web-to-Host Wizard
Feature scope: Launch folder level feature

Launch the Web-to-Host Wizard. |

Navigate to the desired Site and Launch Folder. |

Click Next twice. The Advanced Settings page displays.

Click Support Message. The Advanced Settings : Tech Support page displays.

Replace the existing information with your new message. |
Tip
If your message is short, leaving blank lines is a way to distribute the text evenly in the Technical Support dialog that
is displayed on the user's machine.
