Installing server certificates as trusted roots
Server certificate trusted roots are necessary to authenticate the Server to the Client when the Server Certificate is presented
during the initial SSL negotiation. Installing the Server Certificate as a Trusted Root results in a unique "hashed" representation
of the file with an alpha-numeric file name and a .0 to .9 extension. This file must be copied or installed on each client that is connecting to the Security Server only if the client
requires a valid server certificate to connect.
Note
If the client accepts invalid server certificates, the Trusted Root does not need to be installed.
