If you have a current support and maintenance agreements with BlueZone Software, you can access Rocket Support Portal and report a problem, download an update or read answers to FAQs. The Rocket Support Portal is the primary method of obtaining support.
To log on to the Rocket Support Portal, go to the following URL: http://www.rocketsoftware.com/support If you do not already have a Rocket Support Portal account, you can request one by clicking the Sign up for an account or reset a forgotten password link on the Rocket Support Portal logon page.
