| 1. | Stop the servlet container prior to running the upgrade. This ensures that when the container is restarted it reloads the new Web Manager software.

| 2. | Copy the upgrade.jar file and either the upgrade.bat or upgrade.sh file to the newly created Web Manager root (swmA). Which script file you select, depends on whether your operating system is Windows or UNIX/Linux, respectively. These upgrade
files are available on the BlueZone CD image in the Web Manager - Java folder.

| 3. | Go to the command line of the operating system and navigate to the newly created Web Manager root (swmA). |
| 4. | Execute the batch/script file appropriate for your operating system. If you are unsure of how to do this, consult a knowledgeable
system administrator within your organization. This upgrades the Web Manager's software and the BlueZone software.

| 5. | Test the new Web Manager to be sure it is properly configured. |
