Installing the software activation file
Installing the software activation file (SAF) is very simple; you must copy the file to the appropriate location on the web server. By default, BlueZone comes with a non-working software activation file as a placeholder.
BlueZone emulators do not function properly unless you install a valid SAF.
1. Locate your SAF file (it is named seagull.saf or bzallwin.saf) which was sent as an e-mail attachment to the person who ordered BlueZone.
2. On your web server, copy this SAF to the swm\files directory, overwriting the existing placeholder SAF.
Note
If you don’t have your software activation file at this time, you can proceed with the installation. However, when you test the connection you receive an error message. Once you have installed a valid SAF, the error message does not appear.
